Circulatory Support System Indicator Education

Poor Circulation reduces the ability of your body to transport nutrients and oxygen to where they are needed. Circulation can be supported by many nutrients and it’s important to get this balance daily. The chart below displays nutrients that play an important role in the optimizing circulation. The more nutrients that appear as being heavily utilized across your report, the higher level of support the your circulatory system may require.  You will be capable of learning in more detail about each nutrient above in the sections below.

Listed below are additional factors that play an important role in either assisting in the optimization of circulatory function OR can be NEGATIVELY affected by poor circulatory function.

*It is important to remember this is not a diagnosis of the function of your circulatory system.

Vitamin Indicators

HOW VITAMINS SUPPORT WELLNESS

Vitamins are organic compounds which are needed to sustain life. You get vitamins from food, because the human body either does not produce enough of them or none at all. An organic compound contains carbon. When an organism (living thing) cannot produce enough of an organic chemical compound that it needs in tiny amounts, and has to get it from food, it is called a vitamin. Vitamins play a vital role in the enzymatic processes of your body and a shortage of them in your diet can cause a host of wellness related problems.

HOW VITAMINS SUPPORT WELLNESS

Many processes in the body require a variety of vitamins in order to function at their optimum level. Vitamins are a key part in the enzyme processes, which are the drivers behind all of the body’s metabolic processes. You need a wide variety of vitamins to help support and maintain the myriad of underlying mechanisms, which will in turn support optimized wellness. The best source of vitamins you can get is from the foods you eat, where the vitamins are present with other nutrients which work synergistically to support your wellness.

Mineral Indicators

About Minerals

Minerals are important for your body to stay healthy. Your body uses minerals for many different jobs, including building bones, making hormones and regulating your heartbeat. There are two kinds of minerals: macro-minerals and trace minerals. Macro-minerals are minerals your body needs in larger amounts. They include calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, sodium, potassium, chloride and sulphur. Your body needs just small amounts of trace minerals. These include iron manganese, copper, iodine, zinc, cobalt and selenium. The best way to get the minerals your body needs is by eating a wide variety of foods. However, even when eating a varied diet you often do not receive all of the required minerals and in the quantities the body needs. A broad spectrum mineral supplement should be considered.

How Minerals Support Wellness

Many processes and structures in the body require minerals in order to function at their optimum level. Minerals are a key part in the enzyme processes which are the drivers behind all of the body’s metabolic processes. They also play a role in structure, muscle action and nerve transmission. You need a wide variety of minerals to help support and maintain the myriad of underlying mechanisms which will in turn support optimized Wellness.

Fatty Acid Indicators

About Fatty Acids

Fatty acids, as they sound, are fats that are necessary within the human body. Though you have probably often heard the word ‘fats’ and associated it with bad health, there are some essential fatty acids that are necessary for your survival. Without them, you could cause serious damage to different systems within the body. However, essential fatty acids are also not usually produced naturally within the body. This means that you have to obtain essential fatty acids by adding them to your diet.

How Fatty Acids Support Wellness

Many processes in the body require EFAs in order to function at their optimum level. EFAs are a key part in supporting the cell membranes and brain and nervous system of the body. Other regulatory processes require EFAs and they have protective qualities. You need a wide daily intake of EFAs to help support and maintain the myriad of underlying mechanisms which will in turn support optimized Wellness.

Antioxidant Indicators

About Antioxidants

Antioxidants are substances that may protect cells in your body from free radical damage that can occur from exposure to certain chemicals, smoking, pollution, radiation and as a by-product of normal metabolism. Dietary antioxidants include selenium, vitamin A and related carotenoids, vitamins C and E, plus various phytochemicals such as lycopene, lutein, and quercetin. You can find these antioxidants in many different foods. There are large amounts of antioxidants in fruits, vegetables, nuts, and whole grains and smaller amounts of antioxidants in meats, poultry and fish.

How Antioxidants Support Wellness

Our body’s produce a lot of free oxygen molecules and other by-products, which can lead to oxidative stress. Anti-oxidants are a key part in the processes which supports the body to deal with these issues. You need a wide variety of antioxidants to help support your body to deal with oxidation and which will in turn support optimized Wellness.

Frequency Interference Challenges

About EMF Challenges

Modern day electrical supply and technologies are largely powered by or utilize frequencies at the very low spectrum range. These are considered non-ionizing forms of EM radiation in the 50Hz to 1GHz range. There are many forms of natural frequency like visible light or ultra violet, even the body and its cells have a very weak frequency field. Modern forms of frequency appear not to be very compatible with the body’s own fields and this is starting to create knock on effects for wellness. These factors can interfere with everyday communication within your body and you should be eating a wide variety of foods which can support and maintain normal function.

Using Food to Offset Resistance Challenges

As of yet, we do not fully understand the effects that our modern electrical environments are having on our wellness processes. However, it is clear that there is some effect and that it would be wise to start introducing foods which can help support the body and maintain systems which may come under pressure from the electrical appliances which we use on a daily basis both at home and work. Structured water may support cellular communication and help conserve energy in the system.

90 Day Food Restriction

About Food Restrictions

There are many different levels at which foods can effect a person from the severe to the very mild but all have the ability to affect the wellness processes. There are foods which you could be eating which show NO physical signs and symptoms of being a problem but which are not supporting the body’s needs as they take up more energy to digest than the body gets in return. This puts pressure on the entire system and these foods are best restricted in the short term and up to 90-days.

Energy Flow Specific to Food Consumption

When we are struggling against the foods we ingest, the body will end up using energy from another source in the body to digest and liberate key nutrients.  This process leads to a compensation process which will leave another function unable to complete properly and this does not support overall function.   So, it is important not only to eat foods which can support the overall status of the body.  But also to adjust for foods which might not be best supporting and maintaining normal functions in the short to medium term.

How Food Rotation Supports Wellness

By removing foods in the short to medium term which might be contributing to a compensation in the energy flow of the body, we free it up to operate more efficiently. Each food that you adjust for (adjustment is different from avoidance) will better support the body and you will notice this difference both specific to digestion and in the overall energy status of the body.   Food adjustment means replacing some foods with others which are better suited to support the body’s wellness processes.  You can find a list of foods to adjust for and foods to eat more of on pages 22, 26 and 27 of this report.

Basic Rules to Remember in Your Food Rotation Plan

Rule 1:  If you regularly eat a specific food or similar food listed as a restriction in your report we recommend you rotate it out of your diet for the next 90 days and if it does not appear on your next report, you can then consider re-integration.

Rule 2:  If you rarely eat or for the first time began eating a specific food or similar food listed as a restriction in your report we recommend you make no changes with regard to consumption of this food for the next 90 days.  Over the course of the next 2-3 reports we will be able to better determine how your body is processing this food.

Rule 3:  If to your best knowledge you have never have eaten a specific food or similar food listed as a restriction in your report we recommend it REMAINS on your restricted food list as it may be epigenetically tagged as food not ideal for you due to your ancestry.   If it does not show up again in 2-3 consecutive future Epigenetic reports then you can consider integrating it into your diet if you desire to do so in the future.

Rule 4:  Be sure to check the ingredient list of the processed foods, blended foods (smoothies/shakes) and supplements you consume for the specific foods listed on your report.  We also recommend you check the ingredient list of your skin care products as well.  You may not know that you are consuming this food or it's derivative indirectly via indirect consumption or through the skin.  We have also seen cases in which an individual has had airborne or skin contact with  these specific food frequencies due to their environment.  (Example:  You take frequent walks on the beach and your skin contact with the wet sand is picking up crab or other sea life frequencies)

Food Additive Challenges

The History and Potential Impact Food Additives Have on Your Health

The practice of using food additives spans several centuries. Our distant ancestors likely smoked meat to improve its taste and submerged it into saltwater as a preservative. The proliferation of the spice trade, which began as early as 3000 B.C., led to increasing demand for additives to enhance the taste of food. During this time, it is also possible that our ancestors discovered the preservation benefits of sugar. Historical records also include the use of spices to preserve meat and inhibit the growth of bacteria.

Our 21st century demand for abundant, convenient and low cost food has stemmed the proliferation of food additives. Food producers are now packaging and transporting food at a feverish pace.  Reliance on food additives and chemical science is utilized heavily to satisfy consumer global demand. Although the FDA claims adequate research has been completed on all approved additives there is much concern over their short and long term impact on the human body.   Less than 50 years ago there were approximately 300 known and approved food additives.   Today the FDA maintains a lists of well over 3,000 known and approved food additives.

So What Should We Do?

Opting for organic, non-GMO, unprocessed, home cooked food will always be our best choice.  We recommend this is what we all strive for each and every day.  Unfortunately,  how food additives can negatively affect our wellness is arguably an area that has not been researched enough.  It's long term implications could be massive as we are already seeing many negative effects.

Basic Rules to Remember for Your Food Additive Restriction Plan

Rule 1:  Use the Food Additive Finder link below to identify exactly where/how you are in contact with the food additives that appear on  your report.

Rule 2:  Remove them from your consumption or skin application and find a healthier alternative

Rule 3:  Focus on the first 1-5 as more important than the rest.  The food additives that show up on your report as resistance to optimal wellness are listed in order of largest to smallest impact from top to bottom and left to right.  (Example: the frequencies of the last 6-10 additives listed on your report within column two on the right are resonating as less intense than those that appear within the first column as 1-5 on the left.

Below are links to online resources that will provide more information on food additives as well as resources that will assist you in determining the sources of the food additives showing up on your report.
