Bacteria
A population of microorganisms that colonize the body. Some are beneficial (‘friendly bacteria’) as they protect us from environmental hazards as well as allowing us to absorb nutrients.

Ground Beef, raw milk, canned foods, public water, packaged meats, deli items, raw seafood, doorknobs.
Potential Side Effects
Fever, chills, infrequent urination, vomiting, rapid pulse or breathing, diarrhea.
Cleansing Whole Food Sources
Probiotics, aloe vera, turmeric, apple cider vinegar, green tea, nuts, seeds, cranberry juice. Heavy greens such as Spirulina and Kamut grass.
Fungus
Originates from spores hatched from mold.
Example Sources
Candida
Ringworm
Skin infections (athletes foot, jock itch, etc.)
Potential Side Effects
Exhaustion, sweet cravings, white coat on tongue, UTI, joint pain, sinus infection
Peeling, itching, redness, burning, blisters.
