 Before you Dive into your report and begin using our Digital Coach Platform it is important to understand how your personal Epigenetic Report will be most valuable to you by way of using it as a tool to improve your general well-being and/or your sport performance.  

Important General Understanding of Results: 

Your personal report maps out specific nutrients your body has been utilizing over the past 90 days AND the intensity in which it has been drawing upon them to support your current physiological state.  It also identifies the external energetic demands being placed on your body in the form of environmental toxins, gut resistance and EM Frequency. 

With respect to interpreting and taking action on your report, a variety of conclusions can be made as to WHY things appear as they do.  It is your responsibility to determine what additional steps should be taken.  It is important to focus intently on your dashboard in order of priority and follow the whole food rotation recommendations listed.  This will give you a powerful head start and your body will respond in a positive manner, however seeking additional professional guidance is also encouraged.      

Remember...    

  • You ARE Energy...and your initial response to stress, internal or external is energetic. 
  • Food IS Energy...and your body relies on it heavily to solve its most pressing energetic demands. 

Knowing and applying this knowledge to your individual report is fundamental and essential.  By making the recommended adjustments in your daily and weekly food consumption you will be giving your body what it is seeking which will support optimal cellular function and expression.

Putting the additional puzzle pieces together above and beyond taking action on your personalized food rotation plan will take further investigation and in perhaps even additional assessments.  

For example, a report may show a high amount of radiation, parasites, EMF activity and specific amino acids being utilized intensely due to your the microwave in your office, the candida in your gut, the wifi signal in your home and the essential repair requirements your body requires to support its current musculoskeletal demands.  

To close, what we are saying is that pulling the right additional lifestyle and environment modification levers lies completely “outside” of the fundamental solution provided that focuses solely on meeting your body’s energetic demands with the specific fuel(s) it is seeking to solve it’s most current systemic challenges

System Support Summary

The most important things to consider when reviewing your System Support Summary, which is what refer to as your Dashboard Indicator 1 are as follows:

 This is not a diagnosis of the function of each system listed as a priority in your report. 

 This is a report on your current Epigenetic state not a medical diagnostic. However, addressing the efficiencies and/or inefficiencies that appear within your report with precision whole food and lifestyle adjustments may certainly contribute to optimized cellular function. We also know that optimal/healthy cellular function is a key ingredient to maintaining good health & preventing disease..  

 The systems that appear on your report are the systems that have required the most nutrient resources or “energy” over the past 60/90 days for reasons that may be positive or negative.  One example that may help in understanding this important nuance is specific to the “Emotion” system support indicator. If Emotion shows up with high relevance on someone’s report this means, in simple terms, that your body has been working “overtime” in comparison to the other systems to support your recent emotional energetic needs.  Your specific need could be to support ONE emotion for example Sorrow, or any combination of emotions like happiness, anger, sadness, worry, excitement etc.. One well known motivational speaker who completed a report recently showed a huge demand to support his body’s emotional energetic needs presumably due to his focus on motivating and energizing others.  We have also seen at times this system support indicator show up as more relevant during times of loss or hardship. 

To expand further, the report is not designed to tell you exactly WHY the systems that appear on your report currently require more nutritional and energetic support, it simply uses your hair root sample to gather information stored at a cellular level and map out your body's nutrient utilization focus over the past 2-3 months.  It is addressing how your body is attempting to solve it's energetic needs through the energy you are consuming in the form of food and supplements.  It is also showing you how your body is responding to your current external environment in the form of EMF's, Radiation, Chemicals, Toxic Metals etc...  Nutrient type and intensity of utilization combined with how your body is responding to it's environment influences energetic demand for specific systems. 

 Finally, it is important to understand what wheel segment size and the order of priority listed within your report means in order to create the most effective action plan in your quest to respond to your bodies energetic demands and achieve higher levels of performance and optimized health.  


 The larger the segment compared to the other segments in the wheel the more energy that system, or in other areas of your report, specific nutrient or stress, has required relative to the others.   

 The order of priority is in direct correlation to the amount and intensity of nutrient utilization occuring to handle your bodies current demands.  Therefore, these are the areas we recommend your focus remains over the course of the next 90 days until your next scan.  

 Addressing your body's immediate and most important demands with the resources it is seeking is arguably the key to achieving an optimized state of well-being.

Key Optimization Overview

The most important things to consider when reviewing your Key Optimization Overview, which is what is referred to as Dashboard Indicator 2 in your report are as follows:


Understand that a series of smaller parts in any system work together to drive the entire macro system or “engine” so to speak. In this case, the engine refers to your body functioning in an fully optimized state. 


Over the past 90 days your body has relied on the foods you have eaten which are broken down into specific vitamins, minerals, fatty acids, amino acids and antioxidants to solve it’s most pressing energetic needs.  These energetic needs emanate from both the physical demands YOU are putting on it specific to your level of activity, amount of sleep, daily stress etc.. which can be identified predominantly as your “lifestyle”, however it also has to respond to and solve for the external stress being placed on it at the same time.  Which is identified as your environment. The environmental factors we report on are some of the most important factors that have the ability to effect your body in a positive or negative way. 


You will see on your KOO wheel the enviromental factors reported on are (1) Environment as it related to toxicity currently effecting your body (2) resistance as it relates to gut activity (3) Interference as it relates to electromagnetic frequency demands on your body.  


Remember wheel segment size as well as order of priority listed within your KOO are integral components that need to be considered when creating an effective 90 action plan.

Food Restrictions Summary

The most important things to consider when reviewing your Food Restriction Summary, which is what is referred to as Dashboard Indicator 3 in your report are as follows:

There are many different levels at which foods can effect a person from the severe to the very mild but all have the ability to affect the wellness processes. There are foods which you could be eating which show NO physical signs and symptoms of being a problem but which are not supporting the body’s needs as they take up more energy to digest than the body gets in return. This puts pressure on the entire system and these foods are best restricted in the short term.  We recommend 90-days with re-integration considered after reviewing your next Epigenetic report. 


When we are struggle against the foods we ingest, the body begins using energy from another source within the body to digest and liberate key nutrients.  This process leads to a compensation process which will leave another function inhibited which does not support optimal cellular harmony. So, it is important not only to eat foods which can support the overall status of the body. But also to limit consumption or restrict foods which might not be best supporting optimal short to medium term function By removing foods in the short to medium term which might be contributing to a compensation in the energy flow of the body, we free it up to operate more efficiently and by doing so you should notice improved digestion and overall energy status of the body.   Page 22, 26 and 27 offer specific food rotation recommendations based on your current Epigenetic state.

Specific to the foods that appear on your report as restricted, it is important to note the following things:

You may not have recollection of ever eating the food listed.  It is important to know when evaluating food frequencies that a variety of foods in most cases that are in the same food family are possible being identified and categorized into the ONE food listed on your report.  With the thousands of different types of plants and foods it is not possible to list them all on your report, therefore it is important to consider limiting the food type or category that appears on your list over the next 90 days.

The 4 rules we are about to mention will also address important nuances that should be accounted for specific to the foods that your report recommends you limit or restrict over the next 90 days.

Rule 1:  If you regularly eat a specific food or similar food listed as a restriction in your report we recommend you rotate it out of your diet for the next 90 days and if it does not appear on your next report, you can then consider re-integration.


Rule 2:  If you rarely eat or for the first time ate a specific or similar food listed as a restriction in your report we recommend you remain neutral and make no changes with regard to consumption of this food for the next 90 days.  It may be appearing due to your body identifying it is a new integration into your diet and has not quite yet figured out exactly how to best process it. Over the course of the next 2-3 reports we will be able to better determine how this food is truly affecting your system.


Rule 3:  If to your best knowledge you have never have eaten a specific or similar food listed as a restriction in your report we recommend it REMAINS on your restricted food list as it may be Epigenetically tagged as a food or food type that is not ideal for you due to your ancestry.   If it does not show up again in 2-3 consecutive future Epigenetic reports then you can consider integrating it into your diet if you desire to do so in the future.


Rule 4:  Be sure to check the ingredient list of the processed foods, blended foods (smoothies/shakes) and supplements you consume for the specific foods listed on your report.  We also recommend you check the ingredient list of your skin care products as well. You may not know that you are consuming this food or it's derivative indirectly via indirect consumption or through the skin.  We have also seen cases in which an individual has had airborne or skin contact with these specific food frequencies due to their environment. (Example: You take frequent walks on the beach and your skin contact with the wet sand is picking up crab or other sea life frequencies)

Category and Indicator Summary

The most important things to consider when reviewing your Category and Indicator Summary, which is what is referred to as Dashboard Indicator 4 in your report are as follows:


This grid is essentially a very efficiently organized Summary of the top 5 Priorities that appear within your Key Optimization Overview in order of importance PLUS a list of the food additives causing the most disruption in your system currently. 


We recommend you view it as your personal Cliff Notes that reminds you to stay keenly focused on these 5 things within your 90 day action plan and to NOT get distracted with the myriad of additional rabbit holes you could jump down when reviewing your report.

 

We are NOT saying these 5 steps are the ONLY actions required of you to address your personal report over the next 90 days, however we DO recommend this specific food rotation plan be the FOUNDATION of your total game plan.


The additional areas in which you make adjustments may be lifestyle or environment driven modifications.  This is where your coach, our digital coaching platform and interacting within the Umanetic community of customers and professionals (coming soon!) will become highly valuable.  

  • For example, the fundamental food rotation plan specific to this report starts with consuming foods that contain properties that assist in cleansing and assisting the body deal with environmental toxins specific to radiation.  Details with respect to specific food recommendations and additional pertinent information can be found on the pages listed within the far right column of the grid.

The same can be said among each and every column, starting in column 1 through column 5 and finishing with your food additive page which will appear on all reports due to the importance of minimizing additives that are creating inefficiency in your bodies day to day cellular function.

Your 90 Day Action Plan

Your best course of action with regard to taking specific action based on your report results is as follows:


Keep it simple and address each item listed on your Summary Indicator Grid in the order it is listed by rotating in the specific food recommendations over the next 90 days provided on page 26 and 27.  (Start with 2-3 new foods per week and add 1 or 2 more per week or so over the course of your 90 day plan) By no means should you attempt to integrate in EVERY whole food recommendation that you are not currently eating within this 90 day window.


Be sure to follow the 4 Important Rules specific to the foods listed on your 90 day Food Restriction Summary.


Use your coach and the additional resources our Digital Coach and Umanetics community has available to you to dive even deeper. We will help you identify the whole foods that contain the highest content of nutrients your body is seeking and perhaps additional foods, beneficial supplements and lifestyle modification options not listed on your report.

(More specifically, why your body is utilizing specific nutrients at higher or lower levels of efficiency to support your various systems all working together to operate YOU as a whole. 


You and your coaches ability to identify and address cause and effect specific to why things appear as they currently do on your personal report is a very important element in determining your lifestyle and environment modification plan, however to speak specifically to the power, ESSENCE and simplicity of what to do with your results please note the following:

Knowing and applying this knowledge to your individual report is fundamental and essential.  If you do nothing more than simply follow your recommended food and nutrient rotation plan in order of priority you will be giving your body what it is requesting which is either more or less of the nutrients required to support optimal cellular function and expression.  

This is the beauty of the science and technology that is encapsulated within your unique Epigenetic Scan.  Scientifically speaking, simply make the food/nutrient rotation recommendations over the next 90 days to assist your body in reaching homeostasis.


The “art” however of putting all of the puzzle pieces together above and beyond the simple integration of a laser focused, personalized food rotation plan will take logic, reason, historical data, investigation and in some cases additional detailed assessments.  


A quick example as to why this is the case...  with regard to exactly why your report may show your body has been energetically focused on handling a high amount of radiation, parasite activity, EMF activity or even why it is drawing heavily on specific vitamins, minerals, amino acids etc..may be due to a recent X-Ray, trip to the airport, dental appointment, candida in the gut or your musculoskeletal requirements to utilize specific amino and fatty acids to support your current physical activity.  Identifying these elements and understanding how they are affecting your energy demands is very important however supplemental to the completely personalized whole food solution provided on page 26 and 27 of your report.
